We_Yoga

From 28 September begins We_Yoga: a weekly program of yoga practices led by teachers Caterina, Lucia, and Diego.   

  

During the week the courses will take place:  

  

Monday (7:00 – 8:00 pm) Partner Yoga with Diego and Lucia  

Tuesday (7:00 – 8:00 pm) Hatha Yoga with Lucia   

Wednesday (7:00 – 8:00 pm) Vinyasa Yoga with Diego  

Thursday (7:00 – 8:00 pm) Yin Yoga with Lucia  

Friday (6:30 – 7:30 am) Hatha flow with Caterina  

Saturday (10:00-11:30 am) Special classes in rotation including Thai-Massage, Acro-Yoga, Kaivalya-Yoga, Postural-Yoga, and much more.  

 

The practices are open at all levels even to those without experience. 

Weekly classes (1 hour) 

 

Partner-Yoga  

Yoga practice for two people that includes yoga positions performed in pairs, stretching, relaxation, and fun for a special evening of connection.    

  

Restorative Yoga  

The sweet practice of Hatha Yoga that helps to improve posture, free you from stress, and release tension.   

 

Vinyasa Yoga  

A dynamic yoga practice that helps to strengthen the body and stabilize the mind. 

  

Yin Yoga     

A yoga practice that helps psycho-physical relaxation. During the practice, the positions are maintained for a prolonged time in order to deeply stretch even the deepest layers of the muscle bundles. 

 

Hatha Flow  

A fluid Yoga practice that follows the breath to connect with oneself through the movement of the body.  

  

Saturday morning classes (1,5 hour) 

 

Thai Massage  

A guided massage practice based on muscle pressure that combines the principles of traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. It is a type of massage that is carried out on the floor and dressed, without oils, and that gives many benefits to both the recipient and the practitioner.   

 

Postural-Yoga  

A guided practice that aims to improve posture in order to let the body’s breath and energy flow. It is based on the idea that body and mind are connected: a correct posture is the basis for a strong mind.   

   

Kaivalya-Yoga  

Kaivalya Yoga is a comprehensive traditional yoga practice that helps to discover the full potential of our body and mind and allows the student to experience the essence of true Yoga. 

 

Acro Yoga  

Acro Yoga is a practice for two that combines yoga positions with basic acrobatic exercises, warm-ups, and Thai massage techniques.  Acro-Yoga allows you to progressively increase your body’s strength and elasticity, coordination, and sensitivity in a safe and fun way.
