HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU

• All rooms will be cleaned and sanitized at each guest arrival.
• Common spaces will be too, with extra cleaning and sanitizing of public and frequent contact areas.
• We use cleaning products and protocols which meet the Italian Ministry of Health guidelines.
• Room keys and other objects previously used by other guests will be sanitized with special care before distribution.

HOW WE TAKE CARE OF OUR STAFF

• Employee always wearing personal protective equipment;
• Employee temperature checks at the start of every shift;
• Employees have been adequately trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.

In each of our location, you will find hand sanitizer dispensers and additional information available at the front desk.
